Who attends our courses?
Our 1-day intensives start at the very basics, building strong UX knowledge and skill foundations throughout the day. They’re ideal for professionals looking to upskill quickly in a given UX discipline.
For example, we often see researchers attend our prototype courses to complement their analytical skills with more design. We’ve also hosted producers, business analysts and product owners who need to quickly learn how to prototype so as to better communicate their ideas to design and development teams.
Similarly, designers, developers and non-digital professionals have enrolled in our research courses as part of immediate or future career change goals, or just due to expanded responsibilities within their current role.
Bootcamps
Bootcamps dive even deeper into the subject material than our 1-day intensives. Bootcamps often bundle our Fundamentals and Advanced 1-day intensives into a multi-day training course.
Our most popular bootcamp is the UX Research Bootcamp which combines the UX Research Fundamentals, Advanced UX Research and Usability Testing courses into an immersive training experience over several days.
Class sizes
We find that class sizes of 10 or less result in the best outcomes for practical UX skills training. This helps the instructor offer as much individual support to attendees throughout the training.
Learn UX in the lab
We’re very fortunate to have our own training lab where attendees receive hands-on equipment and facilities training for our research and testing courses. We have a 2-way mirror and observation room as well as a multi-screen streaming test machine with eye tracking installed.
Lab hire discount for course attendees
Our usability and research training lab is used by some of Australia’s best-known digital teams. We’re pleased to offer significant discounts to our course attendees.
